Shipping costs

We accept national and international orders. Shipping is through DHL Standard (insured).
The shipping for the respective delivery areas is organized by zones. For shipping within Germany, shipping is 6,00 €. For shipping outside of Germany please refer to the following:

Please refer to the download table the shipping costs of the alphabetically ordered countries.
Any additional fees for customs, taxes or other costs shall be borne by the customer.

Outside of Europe:                     DHL Premium (10 - 15 working days)

Return

Ordered goods may be returned to Aufschnitt within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us shortly before the return by email or phone, so we can send the appropriate documents. We are happy to help you with further questions/concerns about your order at any time.
