Shipping costs

Important NOTE: Due to current packaging regulations in the individual EU member states, we are unfortunately no longer able to supply private customers within the EU (outside of Germany), as we do not obtain packaging licenses in the respective countries. Within the EU, we therefore supply exclusively business customers (B2B). At the same time, we are further expanding our reseller network in the EU to ensure that our products remain available to private customers in these countries.

Within Germany and in countries outside the EU, we continue to supply both private and business customers.

Shipping within Germany

• Standard shipping (insured, DHL): €7.00
• Uninsured shipping up to 500g: €3.00 – this option can be selected at checkout.
• Free shipping (DHL) for orders over €75.00 within Germany.

Shipping within the EU (outside of Germany)

Shipping to non-EU countries

Shipping to countries outside the EU remains available for all customers. Shipping costs vary by zone and start at the following amounts:

Larger packages will be charged separately – we reserve the right to charge different shipping costs for these.

Any additional charges for customs, taxes or other costs are the responsibility of the person placing the order.

Ordered goods can be returned to Aufschnitt Berlin within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us by email or phone shortly before returning the item(s) so we can send you the necessary documents. We are, of course, happy to answer any further questions you may have about your order.
