We repair your products

Occasionally, products may require repair due to minor accidents or long term use. We are therefore pleased to offer our valued customers a repair service.

Please note that the costs may vary depending on the type of product and the extent of the damage.

The repair will be carried out within 2 weeks. In addition, please note the average delivery time between Germany and your location as well as upcoming delivery dates.

Please wash and clean the product carefully before sending it in for repair. If you have any difficulties doing this, please let us know. We can take care of the washing or dry-cleaning for a small fee.

• Send an e-mail to info@aufschnitt.net with detailed photos of the damage, your name and address. You can also add any other relevant information.
• Wait for our reply, in which we will provide you with the repair price, a payment link and our shipping address.
• After receipt of payment, pack the product carefully and send it to the specified address.
• As soon as we have received your package, we will carry out the required repairs and return the product to you as new.
