Fabric cherry tomato

Description

Plump, round, and sun-ripened: Our cherry tomato is sewn from six pieces, giving it its spherical shape reminiscent of a real vine tomato. The red plush fabric is velvety soft and begs to be touched.

At the top sits a wreath of six pointed leaves, with a small stem in its center. Both are made of dark green silk satin that shimmers elegantly in every light. It is precisely this contrast that creates its appeal: here the soft, matte plush, there the cool sheen of the silk.

The tomato looks best in company. Three of them on the couch look like they've just been picked from the market. On its own, it's an eye-catcher on the windowsill, and children love it as a soft play cushion, because at 240 g it's feather-light.

Each Cherry Tomato is sewn by hand in our studio in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
