The Bockwurst is a piece of Berlin. Legend has it that it got its name in a Berlin pub where it was served with Bock beer. Since then, it's become ubiquitous: at snack bars, at funfairs, and alongside potato salad on Christmas Eve.
Our sausage chain brings this classic to your wall. The casing is sewn from flesh-colored Lycra. The polyester fiber filling gives the links their characteristically plump, slightly fatty feel. We seal the sausage ends by hand with a cotton cord.
