Description
Perfect for a quick slice of cold cuts. These little knives are just 6 cm long, yet they're real knives. The stainless steel blade measures 3.5 cm. It's sharp and can be resharpened. Whether it's an apple on the go, a piece of cheese at a picnic, a piece of string, or a package: this knife is always handy.
Built like the big ones
The handle is 2.5 cm long and made of wood. The metal blade is sandwiched between two wooden scales, just like a real kitchen knife. At the top of the handle is a small, round indentation made of polished brass-colored metal. At the end of the handle is a hole with a metal fitting. A ball chain with a clasp runs through this hole.
The shapes
Round blade: A short, bulbous blade that tapers to a rounded tip. Good for cutting and peeling.
Chef's knife: a narrow, curved blade with a point, like a miniature kitchen knife.
Hatchet: The smallest butcher shop in the world. Wide, rectangular blade like the large cleaver used by butchers.
Some models have a patterned blade with a damascus look, others a smooth, silver blade.
Securely attached to the keyring
Each knife comes in a black protective sheath with a snap closure and decorative stitching. The ball chain can be attached to a keyring, bag, or backpack.
A found object
We didn't make these knives ourselves. They're made in China. We chose them because they go so well with our fabric butcher shop.
Please note
The blade is sharp. Not suitable for children. Do not pack in hand luggage and observe knife bans, for example at events or in weapons-free zones.
