The heat of the chili, combined with the succulent consistency, makes them particularly delicious and satisfying. High-quality chili sausages are often made according to traditional recipes and methods, using only the finest ingredients. Supple Lycra is used for the outer casing, and the sausages are loosely stuffed with cotton wool. The 16 sausage segments are individually tied by hand and the ends are melted.

Als Außenmaterial wird geschmeidiges Lycra verwendet und mit Füllwatte nicht zu fest gestopft. Die 14 Wurstglieder werden einzeln von Hand abgebunden und an den Enden verschmolzen. Ein besonderes Detail sind die an den Wurstzipfeln markant eingeschmolzenen Stoffkanten, die die Stoffwurst fast nicht mehr von echter Wurst unterscheiden lassen. Das Produkt wird auf der Lebensmittelmesse in Köln ausgestellt.
