In honor of the Berlin Chili Fest 2024, Pfefferhaus Berlin collaborated with textile designer Silvia Wald to create a Habanero plushie pillow.
In 2007, Wald studied clothing technology in Berlin and in 2009 she founded the brand Aufschnitt. The company produces designer food pillows, in particular sausage pillows. Paradoxically Silvia Wald is a vegetarian herself.
The creation of a chili plushie pillow makes perfect sense as meat and spicy spices are a classic combination that many people enjoy. The collaboration between Pfefferhaus Berlin and Silvia Wald showcases the creativity and innovation that can arise when different disciplines come together. The Habanero plushie pillow is just one example of how unique and unexpected design concepts can lead to truly special products.
The Premium Habanero pillow is made from red cotton sweatshirt material and filled with recycled polyester fibers. The beautiful embroidery shows the inside of a half cut open Hababero.
